Rob Welsh is a secret all terrain ripper. Rob is one of the street innovators and helped to keep the scene alive in SF when there was a mass exodus to LA. Welsh was putting together some of the most technical maneuvers ever seen for that time at pier 7. Now he’s living down in SD and he’s back to his roots of skating tranny.
