Swapped the Super Reds for these ceramic bearings. Night and day difference in speed! You will notice it instantaneously. I will never forget the first time I went skateboarding on these bearing!!! I got them as a gift for Christmas from my brother in law, and they were about a hundred dollars back in 2010. I just purchased my second set this week and I would recommend them for big vert skate parks and going as fast as you can control your speed. I clean them regularly and I noticed they are built to the highest quality you can get for what you pay for them. These are the best skateboarding bearings money can buy, absolutely!!!! Bit the bullet and ordered a set of these several years ago. Between these and the set of Swiss that I have from 1987 (see the review) they are hands down the best bearing I've ever owned. So I'm writing this because I have a couple diff boards I ride, and I purchased some Bones Super Swiss 6 from a local shop since Skate1 is all out. I added a drop of speed lube to each and rode em for about 3 hrs yest, and 3 hrs today on my 8.75" cruiser set up. My 8.25" has these Bones Swiss Ceramic, and there's definitely a noticable difference - the Ceramics I have had for 5 months are still faster than my Super 6's. These bearings are the best! Not only fast when you are skating, but they are also durable too. Even accidentally getting water, dirt inside of the bearings, they managed to still spin great. It's really smooth when you skate them. I don't have to push more than 2 times to go fast. I would suggest cleaning them when you get a chance to make sure the precision is still good. They are so good, I don't need to buy bearings anytime soon. When I was addicted to shopping, I would only buy them. I have 3 setups and yes, all of them are Bones Swiss Ceramics. I got a set of these over 20 years ago and the only reason I just got a new set was because my board was stolen. They were still good as the day I got them way back then and I would be still be using them if not for that. Whoever stole them was lucky and I hope they go to fast with them, crash and die!
