- Had been using low to mid range bearings for around 15 years; the usual fodder. You know, just replace 'em when you set up some new wheels... they don't cost that much, why not? About 4 years ago, I shelled out for Bones Swiss Ceramics. Have only taken them apart twice to clean 'em, and they're as fast and quiet as the day I bought 'em. Mind boggling really. They'll change your life. Don't waste a decade and a half like I did.
